At Oasis Massage Studio our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction and safety.
We understand things happen out of our control but, our massage therapists have that time set aside for you and are prepared to be paid accordingly for that service. Our cancelation policy states that you may cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, with no charge.
24 hours' notice you will be charged a fee that is 50% of the service
If you cancel past the 24-hour time slot you will be charged a cancelation fee that is 100% of the service you had booked.
We do not tolerate any inappropriate lingo or behaviors in the studio, that goes for both clients and massage therapists. If you at all feel uncomfortable during your session, ask politely to end the session and speak to the manager or front desk associate immediately about your experience.
We also ask that you treat our staff with the utmost respect. This is a place of business, we want to make sure both you the client and our therapists are comfortable in the massage room.
Our therapists have the right to end the massage at any given time if they feel uncomfortable and the client will be charged full-service price, no matter how much time was given.
